Question about aged google ads accounts

I have a few aged google ads account, that are 2-3 years old, some of them have a little bit of spent here and there, the others are just registered. I am planning to give them to a friend of mine, because he faces suspends over and over again, what is the chance to have them suspended, if he uses them from the same IP, that he previously got suspended from? Because what is strange, I know another person, that creates accounts from the same IP and he doesn't get suspended, which is strange.

You basically answered your own question, but it's not question you should be asking.
Right question is - what this other person does different, so he doesn't get suspended.
Because if your friend makes crucial mistakes, he will kill your aged accounts in no time.

Alright, because I am a noob and I'm nowhere near the level of @Raj Kesu or @VitalyProkofiev after trying to open accounts different times using different methods that I've seen talked about on this forum(these are legit and with no intention to take advantage of threshold or anything, I just want multiple legit ad accounts and pay for them lol) yesterday I opened one successfully from the same IP and using the exact same payment method that one previously suspended ads account was using... This makes me happy and angry at the same time because I don't know wtf I did differently this time. I just opened the account in the most careless way you could imagine with a brand new Gmail.

Obviously, this account had a threshold of $50 only, but again, it was not my intention to get $350 to churn & burn but a few things can be learned here

What @Raj Kesu has been telling in a lot of previous posts is completely true. You can definitely use the exact same credit card on multiple accounts
Suspicious payment, in most cases, doesn't have anything to do with the payment method itself.
Maybe IP is important, maybe not. I'm not sure yet but in this case, I did everything from the same IP and the account is not suspended.

You are right, actually, he doesn't do anything so special, as far as I know, he waits a certain amount of time, before creating a new ad account, because he is with static IP and he says, it changes after a few months, I don't know about the DNS leak or MAC address, if Google tracks them or not. I think the misleading thing for many people is that, they thing someone should be doing anything really special to get these accounts running, a bunch of things, that in some cases might work, but sometimes, just one thing, it can even be a small thing can make a huge difference and make the whole thing work. I'd rather to wait a few weeks or months, because he(my friend) is with a static IP, like the guy I know, so we will try to implement the same thing like him.

2. Actually, yes. For most people suspicious payment happens from what I know in fresh made accounts. Imagine how many ad accounts are made per day, so they need to filter the real people and they are becoming picky, I think microsoft ads operate the same way now, they block each new account made and you have to send them an appeal
3. I am also 50/50 about the IP, it sometimes can trigger circumventing ban from what, i know, but I am not sure about the DNS leak and mac address, if they take it into account.

Thank you! Let's hope so, the campaign is live and spending for 3 days in a row now.

If I've learned anything about all this on this forum at this point, is that if you get a campaign live and spending you should let it rest to warm up the account for a few days before upping the budget or creating a second campaign for your real site.

Just for the record, I'm doing all this to run a completely normal account with no intention of running with Google's money and hoping it lasts for long but nowadays even a legitimate advertiser must know the darkest practices and latest tricks of black hat just to avoid getting suspended on this platform for no reason lol!
