Question about address

I originally created by Paypal account in 2005 or 2006 and I used my address from the home I grew up in, years later I changed the address to my home in another state in 2007, I changed it once more in 2010 and to another home and in 2011 I was banned from paypal for too many chargebacks.

I want to setup a new paypal in a relatives name but their address is the addy I used when I initially created my Paypal because it was the house I grew up in. My relative still lives there so its still their address.

Since I changed the address from that address to a new one in 2007 would I run into a problem if I created an account in 2012 using that old home address and legitmitaely being able to verify with my relatives bank / cc info?

Let me know if I should do that or just buy a stealth account if is so please point in the right direction of who to buys a stealth account from.

tl;dr used address in 2005 to setup original paypal, have sinced changed address on account, can i create a new account under my relatives name who lives at the adddress i used in 2005 now in 2012?

if it was a big building the old address you mention then sure yes it will work , but in any case even if its only your relatives property it should not be that big issue for paypal.I guess you will know only if you try it , alternatively you could go stealth

You could always get a virtual office that forwards the mail to you, plenty on google for $50 a month, I've used them before for similar stuff works great.

i dont understand why i would need a virtual office for what im trying to do?

Becuase you can guarantee it wont be linked to an old account.

add an apartment number or something.

So use my relatives name but get a virtual office?

If i get a virtual office how do i verify the address using the credit card, since it wont be the virtual office address?

Pls use your information of your relatives. Change some things. 12 abc driver -> abc driver no.12. With new name, new phone, new bank I think it's ok to creat.
