Question about adding a backlink from my other site

i havet wo sites lets say Site A Site B

My site B have a back link with an anchor text on footer.

i go to backlinkwatch.com to check my back links and i see theres a lot of back links from my site b to my site a

includes all post, tags and categories with my anchor text. google would consider this as a spam?

and if does, what can i do?

Better you can remove that and try to put atleast one link, if it is a relevant site.
