question about accounts safety

Hello , I'm looking to build bot like followliker with custom commands and run it on VPS to do auto Follow , Unfollow and grab users from hashtags or famous accounts on twitter . The question is what is the best way to do this ? Bot or website like manageflitter ? I have 10 accounts aged and i want run all of theme via vps what is the safest way to do this ?
