Question about a second Facebook business account

Hi,
Could you please help me with an answer: If I want to create a second business account (now renamed business portfolio) on Facebook Business Manager, can I use the same company name and bank card for the second account?
And in the second business account, can I use a domain verified in the first business account and run ads from the same Facebook pages in both accounts at the same time?

It is better if you treat them as 2 different businesses. But if you want it verified, then it is fine.
