Question about a dropship method.

I'm new on here and currently looking for my first venture. I'm looking into working with dropship supplier for my website but have a few question questions.

I'm in the UK.

Do I have to register my website as a actual business to he able to operate?

Do I need to be registered as a business to be able to obtain a business paypal account to process payments on my websites checkout.

Do paypal hold funds as someone orders a product or does it go straight into my PayPal account to be used for the order with my supplier?

Not sure how strict UK's law are but I don't think you initially have to register thing besides a domain name

Now sure about UK laws, but for the 3rd question: For me, they hold the money for 21 days.
