Hello, so i want to build a dropshipping store and i was thinking if i use the game's name along with another word that might be considered infrigement especially that it's name is not a generic word.

let's say i want to choose skyrimshop.com would that be considered copyright infrigement or would it even affect my seo?

Cheers

Yes. It´s copyright infringement, you will get sued. Always create your own original content and art. Always ask for permission to use first, people can easily say no.

Instead, try these sites to generate a unique name for your site...
Businessnamegenerator(dot)com
namethingy(dot)com
panabee(dot)com

If it's just in the domain name you should be fine. Lots of sites use stuff like that in the domain. As long as you aren't claiming TO BE the company, you have nothin to worry about.

I would suggest an easily visible Disclaimer in not being affiliated with Bethesda on the home page. Good Luck!

Made a lil research about it and it tended to be a risk to use a copyrighted name especially for commercial uses. Not necessarily but possibly.
