Question about 301 redirect

So I have ranking #73 for main keyword,and I planning to do a 301 redirect ,I have a good expired relevant domain .Wich it's better option: Hit the expired domain with 10-15 SAPE blacklinks and after that to make 301 redirect ,or just make 301 without any blacklinks on expired domain ? thanks

301 redirect from PR5 expired domain with DA+PA+CF+TF>80
Boost it with 5000 GSA Backs and you are ranked 1st

If your site is old enough I will point the sape links directly, then do the 301 and start spaming with GSA the back links of the expired domain, that what I have done and it gives me boost.

So the first thing I will need to do it's do make 301 redirect , and after that to hit the expired domain with GSA/ SAPE right ?

Why are you 301 redirecting instead of putting content on and making it a PBN link? You'll probably lose some of the juice with a 301 redirect. Could be wrong but I feel like creating a PBN link would be better, short term and long term. It will just cost a littl extra.
