Question about 2nd YouTube channel

Hey.. I have a YouTube channel connected to adesense with more than 30 videos in it..
Is it possible to add a 2nd channel and copy paste all the videos in channel 1 to it to get more views ?

Is this any kind of violation with Google/YouTube or Adsense?

Also would the daily views count increase ?

Reuploading existing videos from other channels (unless the license is creative commons) is a severe offense known as video spam. If caught, your channel will be terminated and you will receive a strike, which will affect your AdSense.
