I have added all the variations into G console. and yeah i made a mistake by changing preferred version. Do you know how to make this right? what are my options?

To me changing preferred version is not a mistake, I do it often If you prefer non www, you did just what you should.

Don't worry at all. The bls are there and you know it, you just won't see them on GSC. As you know they still count, it's just data you won't see. Perfectly fine to me. Even better you have a new fresh 1,000 sample ready to be built upon
