Questin about Instagram insights

Hey, since i'm not very experienced with instagram, i have some questions:

1. Shares, saves, reach , impressions, profile visits - are these only available to see if you're a business account/creator? Not for a personal account, right?

2. What is considered a perfect instagram engagement? I mean, not an average, but a perfect one. Let's say for an account who has organically gained 10'000 targeted followers, how many of the folllowing it should gain per post, so it can be considered as very high, perfect engagement, not an average one? I mean the followings:

Views
Comments
Impressions
Reach
Shares
Saves
Profile visits
Story views

It's really important for me to know approximate amounts of each individually, let's say if an account gets 100-200 likes, maybe it should get 300-700 views and 4-10 comments on average per post... Just an example, so that you know what i'm asking for.

1 - yes they are only there for business and creator accounts.

2 -There is not really a perfect engagement rate it depends from niche to niche but a good account is considered to have an average of 10% ER and the best ones have a lot like 10-50%
