Hello I see many sites that just open new page (advertising page) when somebody click I mean on first click you will be redirected on new page.

Is this legal ? I mean if google detect this is this start making problems and can google punish site something like that.

It is "legal" but search engines might not like it. Use a good cloaker to hide your steps.

Okay and one more question do you think that to have webcam windows 300x300 in bottom right corner is also accepted ?
