[QUERY] Pay Per Download

Hi,

I have got a query regarding PPD.Since all the PPD sites pay for US/UK traffic, can the following be done:-

1) upload stuff to a PPD site
2) Open that link via us/uk ip proxy
3) shorten that link using URL shorten sites
4) Ask users to download via that link

Will this do any good, I mean...... will i get paid for us/uk download????
Please reply, I am a noob in IM field ...............

Good PPD sites have url shorteners you can make use of.

My query is ... if links redirected through proxy will be counted as us/uk downloads or not?????????????
