I haven't been around long, yet i already noticed something funny. People with signatures (especially those with banners advertising their not-so-awesome services/products), start "dummy threads" just so that people can see their services.
They are also the top "repliers" on most threads even though 95% of their replies are meaningless. At any time in the homepage, there are at least 10 threads posted by these marketers-yes it could pass as a marketing tactic though a very shitty one at that.
This is because when you click through one of their banners, it leads you to a page with the worst on site you ever seen.
Word of advice guys, cut it out, make the posts more useful for everybody's gain and for your own benefit, make those sites STICKY. I conducted a research on your sites and honestly, I wouldn't deal with most of you because of the design of your sites alone.
