Question for SMM providers: How many of you have experienced a drastic (negative) hit in your service ops? I'm down to 2 clients now and even with contracts, spending more time/energy/ money chasing down payments. What I do works, Had to tweak methods due to FB chaos etc. but have solid measured success for clients. Just seems like the pool of quality clients drained? That and everyone wants me to work for odesk rates am I the only one dealing with this?
