Yes, it is possible to use Qubes OS for managing multiple accounts. You can run multiple accounts in different qubes but there are some drawbacks. You will require a lot of planning and configuration for setting up multiple accounts in different domains.

It's okay overall, but you're using a butcher's knife to kill a chicken.
I'm using antidetect browsers with nearly 300 different profiles, and it's still fine, my friend.
That makes sense, but I feel worried to run multiple profiles on same computer/browser. Having them isolated feels safer. Do you run FB profiles? Do you run all profiles from same IP without issues? I'm tired of looking for open wifi's around my place not to get banned.

If you can afford it, qubes os seems like a good approach. Keep in mind that qubes is very resource heavy, you'll need high-quality hardware In order to run everything smoothly.
Do you know if running multiple facebook accounts (in different qubes) from same IP would get you in trouble? How some folks running 100+ profiles either with antidetect browser or qubes os?

If your account is strong and established, 10 accounts/proxies are still okay. But if it's a new account, stick to no more than 3 accounts/proxies.
What if it's small restaurant with public wifi? I'm talking about physically be in wifi range, not proxy. There would be a lot more than 100 people with their own profile using this same IP. Facebook won't ban them all, right?

It depends on how you use it, bro. As you said, multiple accounts can share the same IP. But if there's a problem, like getting a Facebook ads account locked, all accounts with the same IP can be affected.

which anti detect browser are you using?
Would be a problem to run 10 new accounts on same IP using separate mobile devices? 1 account per device, but the will share IP.

I do this with no issue
Facebook mainly. Android allows to make different users on same device. Do you know if you have separate FB profiles inside of each user, will facebook be able to detect this? I don't need all 10 social media profiles at the same time, but 1 by 1. If FB do not see it, I would prefer to run it all on same device rather than buying 10 different ones.Maybe but instead of Qubes one could use Docker and things like that

afaik there are docker images for ubuntu with x11 and chromium and firefox images, being a container with its own filesystem it generates a machine id for each image.
even tho I don't really see the point in virtualizing things for accounts

I have no evidence for this, but TikTok sends a lot of data back and forth from client to server, it might be reasonable to be a bit paranoid
