Regardless, the guy is a scum, simple as that, he still has my money since on the 9th of August and even threatened to escalate a dispute i opened on paypal and win, then take my money without posting one single ad, till this day i still haven't had my refund.
So yes, he is an asshole, simple as that. No excuses, if someone pays, why is it hard to refund that person's money if you can't do the job you got paid for, that ain't right.
This site needs to be cleaned up so ppl wont be easily scammed like this, not right.
