Hi. I am looking for someone to build quality web 2 sites, including about us, privacy page ext.. I have tried people on fiver but they are very low quality. I looked in the marketplace but I am seeing PBN links. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yes I just told you use the search box and you will find a lot of sellers offering web 2.0 creation services...
 
As a long time web user I always found Web 2.0 websites to be disorienting the way the interface slides around all the time to reveal hidden functions. Yuk!
