Quality traffic ?

Hello,

I want to ask if someone don't know some high quality traffic source. We are talking about CPA (fake iPhone giveaway) website. I was trying few advertiser networks like popads and plugrush but the traffic quality was bad. Will be someone able to send me traffic from facebook or something like that ?

@Op try zeropark, selfadvertiser, redirect, propelmedia, or a similar network with huge inventory. But not every ad network going to let you run such landing pages. You can also try direct media buy too. Plus you need to burn a good budget to find good sources.

Well that's the problem... these ad networks will block my campaigns. I need some network which completely gives a shit about things I promote on their network + has a quality traffic. But I think network like this does't exist...
