It looks like they are scraping content from one language and transferring it to another? Google will 100% catch that.

Google is not picking that as "copied". I´ve built over 45 sites like that.

I am. Can work also for money sites. Translated is new content 100%! but if you for money site i would have a manual review (as translations are never perfect)!
