A couple of my sites have been punished by google whit quality problems, is this something thats only related to the posts or does it include plugins, links and other things to?

With Google - you never know.

1. Are posts unique/not-so-bad quality?
2. Is your site up to date?
3. Do you take care of it?

I did have some bad quality posts which i have removed and added new posts
Its not updated regulary, but it does become updated
I take care of it, add new links, plugins, posts, image and such now and then

Definitely the posts. G doesn't mind plugins, but if you run crap that was already published elsewhere, you'll get punished.

if you host all sites on same hosting account
change it

your other site can be blacklisted
