Quality Manual Backlinks?

Hey guys, i need some help pretty SEO noob.

SO i own some website, letgit webstore(not money site) and it seems i lost most of my backlinks (long story).
i'm looking to create Quality backlinks, i would like to create them manual. the deal is all the "junk backlinks" i made sometime ago ignored by google.
Where should i start? which backlinks i should build? where should i get the sites?

If you can share any information i will be thankfull, if not thanks you for check the thread anyway!

What do you mean by junk backlinks? I'm just wondering if they were temporary backlinks like from stats sites.

So you are starting over... you can't create backlinks in any one good place that will be guaranteed to love them. Your best bet is always to diversify and get links from multiple sources.
Backlinks from Articles, press releases, blog comments, social bookmarking, web 2.0 properties, directories, image sites, video sites, etc. etc. ad infinitum ad nauseum...

Submit quality and original articles with your backlink to web 2.0 sites will provide you with good links

Here's a method that has worked pre-panda, post-panda, and post-penguin.

1. Submit your site and blog posts to many social bookmarking sites. Use Onlywire FREE account and Socialmonkee.com
2. Buy Scrapebox for $57 google "Scrapebox cheapskate" and you will find a discount.
3. Either harvest public proxies or buy private proxies from ProxyBonanza.com or other site, use them to find d0follow blogs in your niche.

Quick way to do that is
Enter keywords into scrapebox.
Select 3 month time period at bottom.
scrape Wordpress blogs
Use Blog Analyzer to filter out BAD blogs
Use ********/Nofollow check to find ******** blogs from that end Open list
Profit by manually posting

Pure Blackhat and Pure Quality are not consistent with each other. If you wanna do it fast, you have less quality. The more time you invest the more quality you get!
So find a balance between time saving and quality!

No time=no quality.

No Quality=Other SEOs will copy you Backlinks pretty fast.

-> You dont have good rankings

For Example: Use SC to find good blogs. But submit the comments manually after a review.
