2. Find good threads to post
3. Write a good quality reply
4. Submit

You're task will be based on those 4 instructions. Also, if you have SEO book or any software used in counting external links of a page, its a plus and you have a big chance of getting the job.

Posting another thread but yet you haven't paid me for the completed project. How the hell are you gonna pay this freelancer? I'm not saying you're a SCAMMER dude since you had paid me with the previous projects...but the last project I had with you....it's been a week already but still got no pay!
