Quality Article Directories

Has anyone had any success (or the opposite of) link-building with manual article directory submissions post-panda and penguin?

If so, what directories have you been using (aside from EZA) that maintain high quality standards throughout their site?

Working on a job for a client, and looking for a few more high-quality directories to use.

I really dont work on volume today. I consider few high-quality directories and send my articles. Good pr ones like EZA, goarticles, etc. are better

That's exactly what I'm going for - Low volume, high quality submissions.
