qqtube affiliate program is scam?

i try to promote them and get one withdraw... but the second one is wait for approval more than two months... and they ignore me in there support... is any one try them and had same problems?

They are NO scam. They considered my affiliate payment in 2 days.
Just try to send support ticket again or contact via skype

We did get a bit behind on payment, but thats because I didn't even know people were trying to get paid. The only people who don't get paid are the ones who game the system. Everyones payment was processed today, sorry for the delay, again, I have no idea people were waiting to be paid.
