No they won't, they will just sub to the channel. You need to buy views and subs.

Well, chances are there that they may view your videos and content, but not much. They basically just subscribe to your channel.

Unfortunately this is not the case. Most SMM panels have fake accounts, and some may have used stolen accounts. The chances of an active account being in their servers and being botted without the owner noticing is slim, and if it did happen more than likely they will change their passwords. There is a reason why 1,000 Subs/Followers/etc is so cheap, because its fake. <- and also the markets being so competitive but thats besides the point.
