Q: Why are all engagement groups based on New York time?

How is it that everyone who are running the engagement groups are based in america? Are there any european groups? I have to wait till the middle of the night in some groups to be able to get the best engagement, but that's besides the point. Just out of curiousity I wanna know why are all groups run by americans?
