What do you mean by a SEO Reports?

What kind of report do you want? You'll get better replies if you are a little more specific.

First off all, what do you want to include in your reports to your clients?

Without this, its hard to give you recommendations to a tool.

Most SEO agencies tend to include keyword rankings and work done in their reports.

Not just the tools - but also the method A - B - C for ranking getting clients, ranking them, adjusting after the month one push and providing them with reports that establish your credentials and give them on-going confidence in the work you're doing for them.

This isn't a "sort of "method. This is the A/B/C I use for servicing my own clients - including the reporting tools.

So you're looking for keyword rankings of your clients vs their competitors.

Raven and Moz can already do that and they also have backlinks data vs competitors which you can show your clients.

On the other hand, I don't use them because they are too complicated. Hence, my team and I are building a simpler reporting tool for doing this job.

You can get started with Raven and Moz first.

Your best bet is to do it manually. Use excel to track your chosen metrics and take a copy of whatever site you favor the most. Moz/Ahrefs/Majestic etc.
