seems I went against tos of US payment service unknowingly ... but I can pm you details if it would help you avoid landing in the same situation.
anyways, do you have any suggestions that may help?

To open a US bank account you need a US address or PO Box. It used to be easier opening accounts, but it looks like things are only getting harder.

I need a US Bank account to receive ACH payments from my merchant payment processor! As of now, i am using a friends account on some commission basis. Please help me to open a US bank account. I live in India but my company is incorporated in USA with EIN number as well.

Try durgaoffshore. they assist you to open offshore accounts including US bank account.
They have a very good account on their site which includes no minimum balance, no ssn, only one photocopy of ID.
