* Be from PR1+ page. PR1+ is the rank for the page containing link, not other pages on the site
* Be from websites RELATED to our website
* Be on pages cached in Google
* Be from websites with different C Class IP's [1:1 Link per IP address]
* Be static
* Be from site indexed in Google, Yahoo, Bing (crawled < 30 days)
* Be from English language websites
* Be in text format - no graphics
* Be submitted 1-3 per day (do not flood)
Links SHOULD NOT:
* No link page/URL with more than 35 outbound links on link back page
* No FFA or "free for all" websites
* No redirects
* No link farms
* No 'no follow' tags
* No adult, gambling or pharmacy related sites
* No links from frame, iframe, java script, hidden text or flash sites
* No links from article directories, link farms, classifieds
* No link exchange programs!
* No directory submissions, blog and forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites, social bookmarking sites or from profiles of social sites, comment links, etc.
* No rented, temporary, rotating links
* No links from pages with <meta>; rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages and anchor text
* No robots.txt blocking
* No fake/phony PR pages
* No already linked pages
