I have a VPS through SolidSEOVPS and was wondering if anyone else has one there and has installed a good firewall and virus scanner on their machine.

On my personal PC I use Comodo but apparently, they don't have one that works on a windows server.

Looking for some recommendations from people here on what would be the best for a windows server.

What's your spending limit? And do you need live scanning?

Just need something like Comodo Internet Security. Free is always best.

But would like to know what you or others have on their VPS using SEO tools like GSA SER and Scrapebox.

I was looking for free anti virus softwares months ago, before I eventually settled with paid ones. Back then there was only one free anti virus software for server environments I found, and that was ClamAV.
I needed to install the Server Plugin (WHS), and the real time scanning plugin.

I doubt there's many other free AV's for servers -- if any.

As for the Firewall, use the Windows stock one, it's good.

Also, maybe you can change your VPS Operating System to a desktop based one like Win XP/7 etc. ?
