[Q] using Link shortener to split traffic by countries

Good day everyone, Is there a link shortener that lets you split your traffic by country. For example i want to send all traffic from U.S send it to cpagrip locker landing page and all traffic by australia send it to cpalead landing page.

I know this was done with prosper202 but i heared it's a paid only service now and anyways if it is a link shortener it would be much simpler.

try tr.im they have this option. but finally emails with shortners links ends up in spam ! can someone help me to solve that
