[Q]Start a site like providr.com

I hope you guys have read atleast a few articles on providr.com. On social networks, such articles have been the hype for some time. I am planning to start a website similar to it. But, I need to know what these sites are called? I do know they use Wordpress, but I need to know any scripts they are using to paginate the whole article. Any suggestions?
