How much power have links from something like : name.edu.xx, xx can be es, pl, etc.
So there are some .edu for that country's.

Could i sell a service like that? How mush should I charge.. etc

A .edu is a .edu.. edu.countryTLD is still a .EDU.

Cant tell you about price..

anytime you google Register an Edu domain, there is a PPC ad that shows you can rent them!

i know about that, but i dont think that the rent ones are real, I was talking by the ones that real Uni use, or a the part of a guverment that deals whit education, the rent ones are crap.

A real educational organization doesn't need an edu domain to give you a boost. Some have only a normal coutnry TLD like .sp or .ru and are great to link from. But an edu.tld domain needs to be some kind of a serious school to offer you that.

And search engines know what's a school and what is not, there are not that many.

Consider this: shahpekan.edu.my PR2
and this: ntu.edu.tw PR8

But you can always drop your links on both, just to be sure. Any yes, both urls above will let you do it.

could not find ntu.edu.tw

shahpekan.edu.my - works, in browser i mean did not checked the ******** etc ways to get BKL there.

Yes that is an example of crappy SEO, i mean they didn't even bother to redirect the non www address to the www version. And they still get a PR8. If you try it with www it will work, select English on the top right if you want to browse the site.

I think .edu links(any kind with or without country TLD) are always great.
A .edu link is much better than few other type of domains like .com,.net
