[Q] Is Buying Google Play Reviews Safe?

So I made application that I published on google play for our company and wanted to promote it a little its not competetive or any of that also its available only in the country where I live.

Is buying google play reviews and installs from services like Mobiaso a safe play?

Im also promoting it on google ads but this is the first time doing that and tbh I have no fkin idea what im doing there, there are no keywords to put in adwords.

So tell me ppl whats the best way?
