Is there any way or software to scrape list of followers from any another account(not own) and the save into csv/txt ?

Yes.Mass Planner has this functionality,works for every social media platform i think.You can scrape followers,followers who like a certain picture/post,people who comment,all kinds of scraping.
 
Thank you . I own MP but I need to create list of followers from specific accout than export it into txt . When I will have this list of followers put it MP - That's what I need.
 
Well thats what i just said.MP can do that for you.Scrape followers,export it in excel,than import it in MP again to your desired account.You need to contact module ( costs 15 $).
