[Q] Instaget ID List using API Console

I've been trying to create an ID list for instaget v 2.0 and using just a list of usernames doesn't work. Then I noticed that the program displays numbers when it makes an action so I figured that was the ID it was looking for was the numbers not the actual username. So I was trying to create an ID list of a users follows to use to follow but then I figured that I could get it from (I can post links but if you google instagram api developer console there is a live console you can use on their developer sit) but I can't figure out how to use it to get the ID numbers to make a list to follow. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it!
