Trying to find the best way to utilize my 25k tiktok account in the area of tourism, I've put a link to the website, a link to the instagram account but the CTR is barely 1%.

Converting traffic to leads on tiktok is naturally incredibly tricky. But you could probably post content directly mentioning things that the website covers in further detail / provided you have a blog about tourism too, then you could run things such as affiliate marketing offers for services like booking.com, as far as I know their affiliate program isn't that difficult to get approved into.
