Q: How to pull writers from textbroker?

Hello BHW,

Any tips or strategies to try to pull writers off of Textbroker without getting banned from the site?

I use Textbroker and have created some decent relationships/consistency with a handful of writers on TB. What I dislike about the service is the "wall" they put between you and the writers. I need to figure out a way to give the writers an option to work directly with me. This is will put more money in their pocket because TB will not be scraping off a fee.

Or do you think I should go out and find freelance writers and form a team that way?

There are some freelance groups on Facebook. Many of those people are writers and I'm sure they'd be interested in your offer. One of the groups that is very active is run by Lex DeVille. Good luck.
