[Q] How Do You Make Forum Profile backlink indexed?

Hello there its me again,
Im sorry for asking so many questions..
Im in task in making backlink to rank in 1 page on G
with keyword of 100,000 results - 3000 per month search
I doesnt make this for money purpose but for my SEO study to gain some experience with it.

Sometimes im blur(cant think logically) yeah because im newbie..

Hope all SEO pro answering my question

1. im willing to do forum profile backlinks and how to make them indexed by Google?
2. How to check all this forum profile backlinks are indexed by Google?
3. From my EXP, all backlinks from Google (that indexed) are showed at Google Webmaster (but i do not see any of my forum profile url in it - this is from my old site)

Please please please asnwering my question and help me..

Forum profiles are useless in my opinion because of this. I ordered what were supposed to be High PR domain profiles and it didn't touch my rankings whatsoever. Waste of money.
