Hey guys, I have one question about High PR blog comments. I have few pages with low outboundlinks, they are AA High Pr but when i post theremy comments look like this:

I cant use any anchor text, my question is, are these backlinks powerful? Do they have power as backlinks with Anchor text? Thanks!

Their PR is what determines whether a link from them would be powerful or not. Using your keywords in your anchor text os no longer as important as it once was.

Yes, especially with low OBL.

using anchor text in your comment is not good idea. Now google don't consider this kind of link.

It's not a joke. The PR I was referring to was internal PR, and you can get an idea of how much internal PR a page has using ahrefs, majestic, or Moz's OSE. Also, keyword anchor text is no longer useful or recommended. There's proof everywhere regarding that including personal experience.
