Hey there BHWers! I have a question regarding proxies!

I'm looking to try a new proxy provider since I'm not satisfied with my current private proxies (took over 12 hours for me to get my proxies and some of the proxies kept having verification errors every few hours).

I live in the US East coast and Massplanner says I'm getting 1400-1500 ms from their US East coast proxies. I'm not sure if that's normal.

Anyways, I'm considering purchasing proxies from another country (Europe) as well as proxies from the west coast (USA) and would like to know if there will be even more errors since the distance from them to me will be much greater. Will these proxies be 100% stable? Sorry, but I'm just a total noob here!

Thanks in advance!

@wakoff Actually even I have somewhat kinda of same problem
if proxy from another country work fine with my local sites too

I live in EU and i almost always use US proxies. In this regard your location shouldn't really matter and shouldn't noticeably affect the speed of a proxy.

Keep in mind that it's not always the fault of the proxies. Sometimes the sites where you use them go down for moments (what you won't notice normally) or even longer period of time. Social media sites have millions upon millions of users, especially when the US population is awake and it's late afternoon there, it happens quite often on Twitter for instance that their servers can't take it anymore, they get sluggish to a point when the site gets unusable even for every day users from their home ips.

Thanks for the reply. Really appreciate it!

I am using squid proxies and proxyhub.I am happy with their service from ages. You can order proxies from them according to your requirements.
