Q] Fake views to lower CTR. how?

So I want to try some BH methods with a couple CPA offers and I dont want to get banned from cop3ac so I've searched all over the forums for ways to generate fake views/hits to lower CTR and etc.

I cant pay for junk traffic. And so far I've tried:

1) Alexa page rank enhancer, ran it for 2 hours, my stats picked nothing
2) I tried the virtualvisits chinesse website, read the ebook and installed the app and ran it for like 6 hours, only 6 page hits. Not worth it..
3) Hide my ip + firefox autorefresher. According to my stats its not hidding my ip at all..
4) PRStorm Ran it with my site as referrer w/o proxies and also my stats are still dead.
So I want to do things right and before I adventure into a method, I want to make sure I won't get banned for high CTR.

What has been working effectively for you guys? I think a lot of the things I read here get outdated pretty fast...

Unfortunately most of those don't work consistently, I know you said you don't want to have to pay for junk traffic, but that's by far the easiest way, even if its only a few dollars a day in findology, then you can set and forget about it.
