[Q] Expand Linkedin exposure to another country

I was wandering what's the best approach to expand Linkedin exposure to another country.

My ideas are:
- set profile location to this country
- connect with headhunters - should open many 2nd level connections and improve search appearance

Do you have any other ideas? I would avoid LIONs as I guess they do not have country targetted connections.
