[Q] ebay account creator

Is there an ebay account creator that would start out the account names something like this as a randomizer:

dsgfdhg......... feedback 0

I had 1 non paying bidder and now I have another that has not paid yet that has similar name configuration.

If they dont pay it will start to piss me off, although I did file non payment claim.

Its just a pain.
