Maybe this is the wrong section, but it seemed to be the most relevant one to the topic.

1. Does any of you have experience accepting crypto payments on WooCommerce that they are willing to share?

2. What are the recommended plugins and providers (no Coinbase & least KYC, please)?

I have used both and worked without hiccups except that Coinqvest changed a few policies about withdrawal after BTC dropped last month.

Yes, there are several WP plugins on Codecanyon integrating Metamask, etc. to your website. Payments will go directly to your wallet instead of using a third party like Binance or Coinbase. Otherwise, you can also use "Bitpay".

coinpayment working well.
also as they support coins using TRC20, BEP20 your clients have need to pay least fees.
