Q - Build own backlinks

Hi there,
im new in this area and i want to make my own backlinks for my website since i dont have money to purchase good SEO services on BHW marketplace.

So here my newbie questions:
1. I want to make my own web20 backlinks, do i need to use different proxies for each of my web20 login accounts to avoid footprints?

2. I saw that PBN gives strong affect on website and planning to do it by myself when I have some cash. What type of website should it be for the PBN site? Whats your PBN site like? magazine style or just write and post on the PBN site?

Try to look for sites that allow guest posts.....post an article there and manually create a backlink from that site...also make sure you're backlinking from a good website preferably with good domain authority..spammy links may damage your site.
