Q about Video Sites

He's pulling the Movie Trailers from Yahoo somehow. How can I do this? Can this be done/bought affordably? I'm still having a hard time wrapping my mind around the "set it and forget it" multiple rss feed blended "unique" content sites, so forgive this newbie question.

Related to this theme, I think a lot of the niche video scripts would pull or "parse" the videos only from YouTube.

What I thought might be more useful would be a script that allowed the user to choose which video hosting site to pull videos from, or better yet, to simply define the keywords for the videos and the script would automatically search for these videos from many video hosting sites.

Some webpages on the Net suggest using RSS atoms to do this (e.g. in a blog) but I don't really have a clue what this means.
