[Python Journey] Let's Learn Python this Year.

Day 2
I continued my list of tutorials, and I learned the conditions, lists, and also a little loops. I will continue tomorrow with loops, and would watch the functions too.
Let's learn that.

count me in mates.. i was started learning python but i stop it coz i tried to learn Ccna but now i think its te to start again and refresh my knowledge in python specially in the field of automation

Good luck mate!
I started learning Python a few months back but I couldn’t be consistent. This thread has given me some motivation again to start over. Everything I learned has wiped out of my mind :D

Good luck. I am also thinking to start learning python from many months.

Good luck. I had a coding journey too. Soon I will release a nice software for BHW community. I have been working on it for weeks. If you need any help or question, you can ask me here in this thread.

If you get stuck, check https://www.youtube.com/@coreyms
he has bunch of ELI5 videos that will clear your confusion on many topics.

I'd personally recommend a book, especially 'Introducing Python: Modern Computing in Simple Packages' by Bill Lubanovi. The problem i find with YouTube videos is that its an endless rabbit whole, you can spend time endlessly studying and never actually build or learn anything. With book you have an organized curriculum.

I went through 3 python books and found the one i mentioned the most useful, it has simple exercises that make information stick, covers core python and then goes into python library, covers multi-tasking, persistent storage, networking etc and bunch of quirks and features. It also covers some 3rd party libraries to make your life easier and to show you what you can do with python. It has some pretty advanced stuff not normally found in introductory books which makes it that much more interesting and worthy of reading. It also serves as an outstanding reference.

Good luck, and most importantly, have fun.

Thank you! I hope you'll continue it, I think it's not a waste of time at all to learn Python.
Good luck mate!
Thank you!

Thanks. Well, start - it could be the best decision you would take, I think!

Thank you mate, I'd if I need any help :)
What IDE do you use for Python coding?
I am using PyCharm.

You made me want to get started with Python and I may have found an idea to learn this language while getting paid :D.

If you are French and you are registered with Pôle Emploi, you can benefit from paid and remunerated distance training such as this training which does not look bad.

Python

I'm going to ask my counselor if she can sign me up. You can also find any type of training related to IM directly on their site:

e-commerce
internet

Or directly by searching on Google: Formation [keyword] financée par Pôle Emploi. Some training requires prerequisites while others do not. As long as you learn, why not get paid at the same time!

Good luck with your journey Mec!
Best Regards

Good luck! I was planning for starting python seriously for months now and all I did is watch some tutorials, watch more tutorials, and at last I dropped it. So, now, I am planning to motivate myself to actually code what I learn daily.

good luck to you mate, motivates me also to finally get behind the monitor and also start learning.
hope i will find some great channels as well.
