Pyoneer card blocked! help please

my card got blocked when its loaded with money from amazon .
my work is legal and i do nothing with my account .
have any one have their card blocked and are they do to re-block it ?
and is there any one have their card blocked and then they fix it and its working ?
i chat with their customer service and email them many times and they said your account under review for more than 5 days .
last message i got from them about 3 days ago and for now they no respond to my messages , and i dont know if will my card will work or i have to give up with payoneer .

= the card just arrived today with DHL

can any one help me with their experience with payoneer

Payoneer is awesome, never had any problems with them.
You should try contacting them and asking for reason for review.
 
i contact them many times and their customer service is very bad , no one answer you they just sent you to another one who also do the same
 
Just contact them through live support, they will help to resolve your issue right away.
 
Have you verified that payer with your Payoneer account or setup bank transfer properly before accepting payments?

Payoneer support might be able to help you, otherwise look through extended support threads from other users in their forum who had common issues. (Payoneer help forum / FAQ too.)
 
yes i setup bank account and i already have money on my account , and some of this money used to ship the card through DHL.

and about support via live chat , they just say your account is under review and wait . but there is no end for the review
 
any one have before blocked card ?
 
Ash everyone said just contact their support. BUT , I do think that once your card is blocked it won't get reactivated anymore ( not sure though, hope I'm wrong)
 
My card is active now after long story with contacting payoneer , i go to ATM today and withdraw my 1st $$ , but payoneer take from $50 for DHL shipping and $29.95 for annual ..

I remember being blocked too fro accessing my payoneer card some time back. I discovered that they are very careful of the money you are transacting on a daily process and when they become suspicious of anything, they will really block the account. Make sure too that your account is verified so that you do not have limits of the money you receive. It may also be the reason you have been blocked. Do check your limit.
 
The problem with them is they always charge more money and never able to explain where the money has disappeared.
 
Try their live support service,it opens from Monday To Friday.
